Allred Family Cemetery
Located on private property near Brookhaven, Mississippi.
For more information or permission to visit, contact George
Allred.
Note how close this cemetery is to the Ben
Salem Cemetery where some of John Allred's family are buried. More
circumstantial evidence that these two men were first cousins.
Descendants
of Ezekiel Allred gathered on June 1, 2002 to clean, repair and restore this
long abandoned cemetery. As you can see from these photos, it was in
horrible shape. Broken tombstones, no fence and the woods had almost
completely over-taken it. The photo at the top of this page shows the
cemetery at the end of the day; cleaned, restored, with a new fence.
