Know all men by these presents that we Emsley and wife Emily, Jesse Allred and wife Amy, Haywood Marley and wife Sylvania, Isabella Allred and Sytha Allred of the County of Randolph and State of North Carolina in consideration of a Division of the Land of Jesse Allred deceased doth hereby acknowledge by these presents grant remise and forever quit claim unto the said Maloy Allred and his wife Rachel their heirs and assigns all our right title interest and estate in and to a Lot of land situated in Randolph County and State of North Carolina on the waters of Sandy Creek Bounded as follows: Beginning at a gum on the north side of the New Salem road running thence north four chains and ninety links to a black Jack thence West Eleven chains and thirty-three links to a Pine thence South four chains and ninety-links to a Spanish Oak thence East to the beginning containing five acres of land to be the same more or less to have and to hold the above released premises to them the said Maloy Allred and wife Rachel their heirs and assigns and to the behoof forever so that niether the said Emsley Allred and wife Emily, and Jesse Allred and wife Aimey and Haywood Marley and wife Sylvania and Sytha Allred and Isabella Allred nor any of our heirs nor any other person or person claiming by form or under as or there or in the name right-or _____ or demand any right or title to the above released premises whereof we the said Jesse Allred and wife Aimey, and Emsley Allred and wife Emily, Haywood Marley and wife Sylvania, Sytha Allred and Isabella Allred have hereunto set our hands and seals the 3rd day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine.
